Order Cancellation :

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

After Dispatch :

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

Refunds for Canceled Orders:

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days .

How to Cancel :

You can cancel your order via our website or by emailing your order number and cancellation request to info@jeansu.in.

Note :

If you cancel a prepaid order within the allowed time, you'll receive a store credit . However, if you provide an appropriate reason, we may issue the refund directly to your bank account instead.
