Returns & Exchanges:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• Certain items, such as innerwear and customized products, are non-returnable.

• You can opt for an exchange or receive a store credit redeemable on future purchases.
• Return approval and credit issuance are subject to quality check clearance.

Return Process

Contact us at info@jeansu.in with your order details and reason for return. We will initiate the return process and provide instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
